VF #33 Server Blocks cFosSpeed / Lan Manager NetLimit

Hi, a few days ago I normally played the MTA, after turning off and then turning on I can't connect to any server, it always throws me this message. I've already tried deleting Gta, deleting Mta, various options according to Youtube and the like, but nothing helped me, the problem has been going on for 4 days. Could you please advise me what it could be, I would be very grateful to you, thank you.
