I bought a new computer and downloaded this game.

But am I getting an error?
What is the problem?

It's simple - MTA bans people, not just PC's. Because some people aren't welcome on MTA. If you decide to try and evade a global ban, even if that's by using a different PC, there'll always be a risk of swiftly getting re-banned.

Edit: you even lied about buying a new PC though - you attempted to change your serial in order to evade.

@MehmetCakir now you know it's not worth trying using a different name and doing all that again.. Ban appeal denied, this decision will never change.
