Can't install or play MTA (ERROR U01)

Hello, I wanted to ask for help, when trying to start MTA I get an error (U01) could someone guide me?

U01 is usually caused by altering registry settings. Reinstall MTA or install 'malwarebytes' and see if your device is affected by virus.

I've already tried reinstalling the MTA and disinfecting my computer with Malwarebytes but it doesn't work for me, the error keeps popping up ... What else can I do?
