Newbie question

Hey guys out of my curiosity i decided to search google to see if grand theft auto has any thought about making this game online play in the for seeable future only to find it already exsits So i was wondering what would be a great tip for me to get this whole thing started cause it seems really complicted and i've been playing this game when it was underground being i live in the arse end of Scotland where it was made so i'm hoping some of you die hard multi guys will help me out.

Very very simple.. Just download the program at http://light.mtavc.com (MTA:SA R1.1.1 - Client), install it, and play.

Make sure you have a 1.0 gta_sa.exe or you won't be able to play. If you don't, you can get a patcher here.

Yeah thanks for the links and feedback the program works and runs but the patch doesn't work and i think thats the reason why i'm not seeing any servers, i try to run the patch and get a warning message like you can see on the picture below. Do you know if theres any way around this cause i was kinda looking forward to being part of the community and it looks like i can't now.

It doesnt work on a no-cd crack..you need to reinstall the game and get the original exe to patch it.
