Not only was this serial banned for being a ban evade, but it is also clearly a serial change from 16BC87467033AFE444C87EF9D73C8D53 which was being appealed by your account sawser. So we know it's not "the PC of a friend". Even after that appeal, a lot of things happened, including you trying many tricks to get rid of the ban, lying and spamming MTA with requests, that makes this ban truly permanent. No tricks or impersonations will work. You will remain banned forever.. @ebbo
