Having FPS Drop to 5 or even lower on Race DM maps

Question

Moataz I ordered some spaghetti with marinara sauce and I got egg noodles and ketchup. I'm an average nobody.

I have a really good pc, a 1660 GTXti, 8gb of ram, a ryzen 5 2600 6 cores processor, And I daily face frame drops while playing almost every DM Race Map, I've tried several servers and it's all the same, So I doubt the problem is the maps/servers/or the pc ofcourse.

I've read a topic where the guy was asked to generate this MTADiag log, here's mine

Installing a new windows might solve the problem but I don't wanna take that option yet.

I suggest you install a clean copy of GTA:SA. No mods or other stuff, cuz this is way too much.
