MTASA crashes when loading into a server

So, basically my friend has a problem with his game where it crashes trying to load into a game, he explained that it had some sort of ''map error'' to it.

The code that it provides is this code = 0xC000005 Offset = 0x003C91CC.

He has up-to date hardware so that shouldn't be the problem.

your friend doesn’t have enough video memory to run the game, let him lower his settings or get a new GPU, also let him maximize MTA’s usage of GPU’s video memory from the settings

He has a 2080 ti, so it really doesn't make sense as he was able to play beforehand

Edit: how does he activate his maximum usage?
