How to change .ddff to .dff ?

Hello guys. Today i find intresting file, who type are .ddff. And this file dont work in MTA:SA. Maybe  some one know how change this file to .dff ? (Have porgramms or something) ( Don't work with rename .. )

I'm fairly sure this is one of those compiled or encoded models which server owners use to secure models of their which they wish not to be used outside of their services. I could however be mistaken, maybe it's another game model format?

In case it's to do with an encrypyed server model, i'm afraid we cannot offer help on that. (there are scripts scripts which encrypts models)

Here are .col .txd and .ddff file. And i wont knwo, how i can this .ddff file import in server or open with 3ds max, or blender.

Those are private files, as Tut said, someone didn't wish that his files would be used on other servers.
