I think there aren't it isn't possible just like web servers to throw a lot of spam into the server to make the spam pay for you... (unless someone makes MOTD spam)

I have looked for the best dedicated server also, and honestly i believe it would be cheaper to just build your own and thats if you have a fast connection. free... no such thing forum rules only allow 1 image in your signature

Upload all the files u need to run to the server and then find yourself a sweet little script called cgi-telnet. With a little tweaking and messing about u can eventually get root access on unix machines and adminstrator on windows... not gonna tell u how though. U can figure that one out for yourself.
