Leviathan
wow, those last two replys were worthless... he asked for server commands and if you type help into the server window, you get a list of commands. so why were those reply's useless? Brophy was allso right about searching before you post... Link to comment

erorr404
Actually Brophy was right.. he should have at least made some attempt to find this out before posting. And Leviathan told him exactly what he was asking for. They weren't flaming at all, you are. Link to comment

Search the forum or RTFM ? there is a command called "help" and you have to guess what it may do... wow, those last two replys were worthless...while in game press ~ to bring up the console type help into the console to bring up the list of server commands cheers Now remember this, everyone is entitled to there own opinions no matter the context or the direction of the opinion. If you were to ask an educated individual whos quote best answered his question, more than likely they would point to my post. And you may ask yourself why.? Well, I can explain that for you; BrophY basically stated that this individual is an idiot. Do we know Pfann? No. then why post a negative reply? I don’t know, maybe its just me but "read the fcuking manual" is not a positive reply. Here is an idea... tell the user about wiki and direct them where they might want to look first…after all he does have over a thousand posts you would think there would be some knowledge behind his screen name as well. [iON]Leviathan stated a question that is in no way going to help a MTA user of a total of 1 post to understand how to input HELP. (Really, there is not much about that reply that I can elaborate on besides a hint of sarcasm) MatthewMc (yes, I used my name in the 3rd person) I could of left out that whole worthless part and avoided this flaming brigade, but after all thats what opinions are for. Now I know this whole reading the forum rules are going to come into effect, but lets just face it, who here has actually read the rules for posting the first time they entered? its going to happen from time to time, an inexperienced user hops on the forums to ask a simple question, now instead of taking the time to post something negative towards the author of such topic or post you could just very well use the same amount of time to reply with an honest answer that makes both parties happy. Just my 2 cents Link to comment

(Really, there is not much about that reply that I can elaborate on besides a hint of sarcasm) Just because a person has one post, it doesn't mean that they don't know simple things like how to open the console. When he said "server commands", I actually thought he meant admin commands. Either way, both can be answered in the manual: http://www.mtavc.com/docu/index.php/MTA_SA_R1_Manual Link to comment
erorr404
-- snip -- Is any of that supposed to contradict what I said? Although you did give a more detailed answer (unnecessarily I might add), you also started flaming the posters above you and continued to do so. Please just stop. And no I don't find what Brophy said offensive AT ALL. Link to comment

Let’s just think of it as reading the directions, do you start in the middle and skip a few points or do you start from the beginning and work your way from 1 to end??? I have the up most confidence that anyone can figure out how to wipe there own ass but if you give a destination it better come with directions. CYA Link to comment
