Lisuu1
Hi. I changed the brightness of the object in colleditor2. It is ok during the day. The character is bright enough, but at night it is too bright. When I set a lower brightness, the character is too dark during the day. I don't see any options in colleditor2 to change this. How can I fix it? Spoiler Link to comment
Administrators Tut Posted January 26, 2020 Administrators Share Posted January 26, 2020 I haven't messed that much with collision brightness to experience the same problem, but this post indicates you may have to change the vertex color/illumination values of the collision mesh. I can't see why it would work though considering it does not seem to be listed anywhere on the collision page on gtamods. Does it render your ped the same way in single player? Should you resolve the issue, please post what you did to correct the issue. Link to comment
Lisuu1
Yes, it render my ped the same way in single player. I exported a rockstar col, replaced it without changing any brightness values, and the problem persists. Edited January 27, 2020 by Lisuu1 Link to comment
Lisuu1
It seems that the problem has disappeared. I have set everything up again and it works. Earlier I set the maximum brightness in the colleditor, now I gave it half and the brightness during the day remained the same, and at night it decreased. Thanks for your interest Edited January 27, 2020 by Lisuu1 Link to comment
