How i can get stats from mta server using tcp connection?

Hi everyone,Im writing mta-launcher on java.

How can I get server statistics about online and other information using tcp or udp connections? 

what data should I send to the server in
 order to get what I need? Maybe someone has links to the headers
 that mta-server uses. I will be very grateful for any answers
