Custom skins with shaders

Hi there. What is the best way to create system like this? Custom models & shaders or what? Maybe CJ ped model?

You can do it only with shaders, but you need custom models.

Or you can use the default CJ clothes. (but compatible only with CJ skin)

By custom model you mean a model with many separate textures? For example for head, for legs, for body, etc.? And if I have such a model then I will be able to change that textures dynamically?

You can change only the texture.

You need a skin model wich have separated textures (face,hair,tshirt,etc...) and change only the face's texture
