CREATING A SERVER PROBLEM

Ok, i downloaded the installer, installed the game, downloaded the server thingy, installed, all succesfull, i deleted the .manifest file (dll) that didnt let me SETUP SERVER, now it works, but, when i click CREATE SERVER, chose name, chose map, chose player number, leave port intact(2003), leave pass blank, and checked "ANNAUNSE TO ASE", then click START SERVER ,for 1 second it says CONNECTING... then it just closes and nothing happens...

Please help me!!

YEa that happens to me and i think you'll have to be a administer of the PC to creat the server..but i am not sure, are you an administer of the PC?

I think he means administrator.

I'll write a guide with screenshots and stuff for how to set up a server when I get home from work today.
