scripts for a mta server

could some one please give me a link to a script to use on a mta for stuff commands like:

!in

!loc

!players

and all that

also with a admin part where u can spawn stuff (seen it on a server be4)

i searched be4 posting and found these:

but no idea how to install/use them? do i just stick the code in 'mtaserver.conf' or something?

You should have posted this in the addons section, or simply read a few threads in there for info.

p.s. It isnt possible to spawn things with admin.

Soil, post in the addons/scrips section for requests like this. Im sure someone can help you there how to run them. ( btw I know how to but im lazy )
