Players can't see/join server

Couple months ago I setup a server on my pc for my friends to mess around, today I've tried to reopen the server but for some reason none of my friends can see it in the browser list, nor can join with the IP address.

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong here?

Is the first screenshot port forwarding? Are the ports unblocked by windows firewall?

Yep the first screenshot is the port forwarding part. I checked my anti-virus firewall (kaspersky) and everything seems alright

Are you able to check it from another PC on the same network? See if it still shows in local servers.

It does and I can also join the server.
