i turned off my firewalls and it still doesnt work :(

Are you on a college/university network, or any corporate LAN? There's a chance there may be a NAT or Proxy blocking connection on those ports.

The server you're trying to connect to is on port 2128 and you've opened up 2003...makes sense :?

Can you disable Network Address Translation completely on your router, and who is your ISP?

I don't think I can and my ISP is Telstra Bigpond

It is possible that your ISP could have head-end NAT blocking on your line.

Sadly, I don't know how to disable NAT :(

I've got a modem with an inbuilt router, it's a SpeedTouch 530.

why it always shows me"Disconnected: Suspected trainer usage!"?

I do not using trainer!

Close all other background running processes that you do not need. Anything with the word "hack, trainer, cheat, cudda, blood" etc in it that is open while you try to play MTA will cause it to disconnect you because it think you are trying to cheat.
