I press start game and a windo pops up and it asks were gta:vc or gta3 is downloaded but i dunno. when i instal it asks where vice city is downloaded and where gta 3 is downloaded. How do i get this. if i get no help ill spam these forums as long as i can.

You could atlest tell me how it works so i can buy the stuff. it told me to download this client so i did so.

The client merely adds multiplayer to the single player game, you do of course require the game/s in the first place. I believe both GTAIII and Vice City are available very cheaply online.
