Guest
I had MTA working fine on XP, but it will not even start up on my Win 2000 OS. Is Windows 2000 not supported? Thanks Link to comment
Jani
It *IS* supported on Windows 2000 and XP. Try updating your Windows 2000 service pack, and if that doesn't work you you've already updated it then post a more detailed explanation (maybe accompanied by a screenshot) of what actually happens. So'lide
Yes, Windows 2000 is supported. Even I use win2k. So there shouldn't be problem in your operation system, just do what Jani said. Link to comment
Guest
Ok, I will try that, A screenshot wouldn't help...It just shows the hour glass and then stops, The program never appears. Link to comment
So'lide
Are you sure that you have Vice City installed to the computer? Link to comment
Si|ent
MTA is fully windows 2000 compatible as said, updating windows is uneccessary and isn't related to your problem. (I ran MTA regularly on an un-patched Windows 2000 Pro as well as with sp2 and sp3). Try the common problems/solutions described in the known issues thread and the manual. Link to comment
