sometimes i think the problem is the wrong location of the exe or the patch is not installed but i could be totally wrong

i would say 9 times out of 10 this problem is caused by someone trying to use an improper cracked version of gta.

The same version of game (I am simple скачал at it) and at it all perfectly works for my friend

This theme from microsoft.com, afaik. This theme not requires some soft to work.

But this is really offtopic, i`d like to do something thits this error, huh..
