At the moment they are only developing MTA:SA, however once the work on SA has slowed down they will probably get some of the team working on VC. The beauty of the Blue platform, that they have been developing, is that it makes it easier for them to develop a version for VC. Link to comment

Agreed, Im more of a VC player then SA at the moment, Im not sure why could be im just more interested in VC gameplay. We know for sure that the BLUE platform will work around VC though im not sure about GTA3. Link to comment
