Can server drive car without non-player control?

I want to drive cars from the server, mean cars are moving without non-player control.. Is it possible? 

I mean cars are spawned and drive automatically from the server..

Peds. Requires alot of work though to make them function without lag.

Throughout the community there are a couple of resources. By default MTA has a 'Traffic' resource that you can try.

It records a vehicle movements and plays it as if someone was driving a real car.
