As you can see setting health and armor isn't neccesarily done by some existing 'resource' you are looking for, it's simple to do with these functions

But i think you described it incorrectly and may actually be looking for this resource: https://community.multitheftauto.com/index.php?p=resources&s=details&id=12919 (which sets health and armor with a command) @Marvik

I think he is looking for custom nametags resource.

U can go through community and u will find it do search name tags ,and start searching in last 2 pages it is old resource and u get it in last 3-2 pages I too seen it long ago but forget it
