Error message on MTA

This is the error message i get when i try and join a game

"ERROR could not be loaded please reinstall MTA or reset the game path"

Whats going on ive got it to work now but it wont open a game

Do you have Vice City or GTA3 installed?

both it says that to vice city and GTA3 it says some thing about the .exe not been right.

You need to patch GTA3 with version 1.1
