when i play mta some dude's fly with a car or with a bike, how they do ?

is it a mod or a trick? or a MTA download

Could be 2 things:

1. They're cheating.

2. They're actually driving a helicopter but there's desync between your two computers and so you see it as a car instead of a heli.

And it's most likely the desync

it's really bad in this version of MTA...

Try restarting your game only or your game and client and it may fix the problem.

Also remember this type of thing before you accuse ppl of cheating... most of the odd things you see in MTA can be explained by desync or any issue involved with the game being client side instead of server side...

dude, get your info right first, as said before, the biggest possibility is desync

also with hand , u can make bus like plane and stuff by hand or make bigger wheels by hand

either stop talking about cheating in MTA or change your signature...

Despite what this douche is saying most of the things that may look like cheating in MTA are just glitches and desync.
