How do peoples server have those? I launched my server and I don't have any of that stuff? How do I get them?

In this new core will people finally have movement. Or will they still slide around like the currect one?

Can you turn on and off mods on this? Or do I need 2 installs of VC? One with mods and one without for online? Also for online do we need to do story mode to get areas open before we go online? Also since there are no computers. Where do you get vehicles?

Sweet. Also is there any sites that we can get a (better looking vehicles) mod, so that Vice City looks how it does on the Xbox! ALso would I be able to use it online?

I was wondering if it would be possible to play MTAVC over a LAN that does't have internet? Cause me and my friend wanna practice offline together before we try going online!
