I have a problem on Windows 7 x64 with MTA 1.6.0.24149. MTA crashes at the "Rich Presence Connection" screen with an "Invalid memory access" error. The crash report mentions netc.dll and error code 0xC0000005. I don't have Discord installed. GTA San Andreas singleplayer works fine, but MTA crashes when starting. I also tried another MTA version, but it didn't fix the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this on Windows 7? Thanks!
