check what u have as ur admin port in the server config , try connecting to that , if it dosnt work try changin the port to sommin new if that dosnt work could be ur fire wall or proxy

theres one point i would like to add i see this a few times befor but it was casued by dyschin well shooting and pressing forward at the same times but it would usally happen by mistake or out of the blue never on such a consitint basis as this though
