Well guys ive been wondering if I replace a skin on my server using ModLoader would it be visible for everyone,and if yes can I use custom textures on the mod skin?

Hello guys I have been playing cit2 for a year almost idk if you guys know the server anyway and what I like and think about the most is how is it possible to add custom skins without replacing any,its like adding a new model to gta or mta server,how is it possible i want to try it on my server that i am creating right now.
