you are not removing old event handlers when adding new ones. you should tell what exactly is not working, what is happening, if there is any error, etc. I think guy with 230 posts should know that..

syntax is the first thing you should know while scripting - if you got syntax error you should fix this with your eyes shut.. some programming forums (various languages) are just trashing posts with questions about syntax errors - because this is ridiculous to ask such questions! and as i said - no need to create any water element!!

i told you - its impossible to have web download for only one resource. and id you are hosting server on serverffs you dont need web download - their upload speed is enough i think. just disable web download, thats all

looks like there is another server on 22005 - maybe you have another server running in background? or mta server didnt close itself properly. try restarting pc and try changing port 22005 to another

yup, you only need to do that when runnig server from home
