I can't. The file is named vehicle_spawns.lua_DAYZ. I can't open it.

So I want that a faction called Hex Tow 'n GO can tow cars and use a command like /impound.The owner of the car can't use the car unless he pays an ammount of money (500$) and after he pays the 500$ he can take the car.BTW the faction ID is 30.
