I cant find a converter anywhere for fraps or that will work with fraps. What do you use?

I have MTA 2.0 installed. I went on the all seeing eye. joined a 2.0 game could change 1.1 to 2.0 What do I do ?

I cant get MTA to work on my windows XP. I mean I can get it on but im always invisible (although that doesnt stop me from playing). Is this gonna be fixed in 2.0.
