step 1. download that tool \/ http://www.gtagaming.com/pafiledb.php?a ... ile&id=151 Step 2 Install it and open GTA:vc and get into the language packes Step 3: Find RELPAY and got to the black screen in the right hand corner. Click on REPLAY and type what you want it to say or leave it blank. If you want it blank you have to add 1 space to the blank. Save the file and your done!

I had to take it off in order to put the hulk part 1 on and had to take that down in order to put up part 2 yet thats not working so annoying P.S im gonna make a video full of these
