this once happened to me . It was because i was modding vc and deleted a file on the "map" folder and forgot to put it back . Try to reinstall VC and this should be fixed

No there is no policy . I think . but i mean this is something you can show to yours friends and stuff not on MTA forum . But it is ok though

well first of all it is impossible . There is no way ANY pc can run 2 VC . And if it does you would have to change most of the coding and then add new controls options and some other shi*

get WinRAR . It is not free but it is the best zip things out there . It is not famous like winzip but it does a hell of a job and it is super light on your harddrive . so no space wasted .

no . On his pc , he is a "normal character" but sometimes on yours it shows him with a different character.

yeah . Once i tried to run two VC and the computer froze just when i click the sencod game . maybe with two Videocars it might go but no way they can create a 2 player VC

But even though once . I was playing in vc and then i stoped the car on the malbu door . (That place were the car goes and the "rich people" get out) and i press enter and then tommy jumped out of the car as if the cars was running . It was preatty weird .

But they would have to change like mostly all codes in VC . Since the game will be seeing 2 places at once . and the pc would have to be super fast to basicly have 2 vicecitys running .

Do you use a Router ? . IF so the only things i know how to do is "Skip it " connect the pc directly into the modem . There is a way to direct ports and all that stuff but it is just easyer to change some wires while playing MTA . And make sure it is not the server . Some people forget that they have the firewall ON and host a MTA server . It keep kicking everyone frm the server every 2 minutes or so . Yes there is a very easy way to use mods . But i dont know if i can tell you . That would be "hacking" mta .Something like that
