  1. A venit Raileanu, tineti'va bine ) Ba tu n'ai RP nick cat un Play. Danydacu, tu sa taci ca te bate o baza de date in frunte cu Google. Copii infecti ca tine sunt motivul pt care n'o sa creasca serverele care trebuie pe MTA. Toti v'ati facut RP si nu stiti sa scriptati o comanda in Lua.

  3. Tricky, nu mai am speranta. Cauta 'Romania' la server browser. Mihailescu, RomaniaZ, vR, RPP + 100 servere de RP. Ce intelegem de aici ? Ownerii au facut o greseala, sau asta cel putin in cazul meu: au facut publice cifre. Orice server are donatii, unele le onoreaza, altele nu, altele le onoreaza foarte usor. Pe RP de exemplu, se doneaza 5-7 Euro pentru o masina, si se mai numeste RP ? Pe MIhailescu e un admin disperat care are 3 case si peste 100 masini.. unde e RPul in asta ? Am fost in relatii destul de bune cu Bratila si am avut acces la anumite informatii legate de server, printre care si varsta/nivelul de inteligenta al adminilor. Astfel, copii nu-si fac servere pentru playeri, sau ca sa invete ceva, sau ca sa munceasca, sau macar sa bangheasca un script, isi fac server pentru donatii, si nu duc lipsa de copii care sa fure de la mami 35 lei ca sa-si ia infernus pe server. Mai departe, vR: Axel vrea RP real, prea putini vor asta. Adica daca cautam jumate din servere au la titlu '50k de inceput' sau '150k de inceput' sau mai stiu eu ce sume astronomice le vin in cap incultilor. Totusi, se termina vara, si cu asta vin si vestile bune: jumatate din serverele inutile o sa se inchida pentru ca incepe clasa a 6a si nu mai e timp de administrat serverul. Nu ma consider un 'guru' al MTAului dar nici ultimul om. Stiu Lua si multe alte limbaje de programare, am tinut serverul 6 luni si nu am sa ma las asa de usor. Copii nu inteleg diferenta intre un server fantoma si un server cu vechime. Adica sa ne uitam la Mihailescu, care are 1 an aproape, la RPP care are mai bine de un an, la vR care are cred 2 ani (?). Degeaba facem ceva daca nu avem ce aprecia. Cand intri pe un server, nu-ti sar in ochi scripturile, ci modurile de masini. Credeti ca daca scriptati un Multigamemode o sa le pese copiilor de complexitatea sursei ? Nup. Poti avea 100 playeri cu un server de c***t dar cu 100 moduri, si poti avea 10 playeri cu un server bine lucrat. De-aia MTAul romanesc nu evolueaza, nu exista public care sa ceara, sau nu exista public cu inteligenta necesara.
  4. Corect, curand fiecare copil retard o sa aiba propriul server. Axel, asta nu incurajeaza nimic decat prostia si in romania nu ducem lipsa. Macar daca s-ar face servere cum trebuie, dar nu, toti copii se vad owneri si fac ce vor, vorbesc cum vor, nu sunt constienti de anumite lucruri. Si ce e si mai amuzant, sunt altii mai prosti care doneaza doar ca sa vada cum ownerul se bucura bagand 5-10 euro in buzunar si inchizand serverul ca nu mai are chef de el. M-am saturat sa deschid server broswerul zilnic si sa-mi vad serverul inecat de servere de roleplay. M-am saturat sa fiu flodat zilnic de aceeasi retarzi care mor de ciuda ca eu pe DayZ am de 2 ori mai multi playeri decat de roleplayul lor cu 999 999 999 la inceput.
  5. E prea tarziu acum. Sa facem statistica: 3-4 Servere de Roleplay cu 20 Player + 1 Server de Roleplay cu 50-60 + De-asta numarul de jucatori de pe server scade. Toti merg unde se da admin/lider la factiuni... MTAul se autodistruge, cu siguranta leakul este cel mai rau lucru care se putea intampla vreodata. Imi place ca Axel e degajat in unele postari 'intri in scriptul de vR furat' sau aici unde nu are nicio problema cu a ajuta pe cineva sa faca inca un server, probabil tot cu scripturile lui. Nu sunt sigur daca asta e o atitudine indiferenta sau are ca scop sa descurajeze copii care vor server. Adica si cu instructiunile mura-n gura, OPul tot nu a reusit.

    Bumpity Bump. Caut pe cineva cu experienta in scripting care sa ma poata ajuta atat cu scriptingul cat si cu managementul comunitatii.
  7. It depends on what you are planning to run, you may literally start a 40 slots server even on 512MB RAM, but if you plan it to have 3 000 vehicles spawned and a MySQL running, that won't make up with 40/40 players on.
  8. Axel, TP-LINK-urile mai noi folosesc http://tplinklogin.net/ ca metoda de acces pentru panou. Cat despre forwarding, am sa-ti arat pas cu pas ce trebuie sa faci. 1. Mergi in Start > Run... si scrii 'cmd'. Dupa scrii 'ipconfig'. Dai scroll in sus pana vezi IPv4 Address. Acum, tine cont ca acela nu e IPul tau real. 2. Mergi in interfaca TP-LINK, in stanga cauti 'Forwarding' si 'Port Forwarding'. Dupa care dai click pe 'Port Forwarding', 'Add New Record' si acolo scrii la IP Address ce ai gasit in 'ipconfig' la pasul 1, selectezi prtocolul si scrii portul care sa fie deschis. Ai aici o lista cu porturile care trebuie deschise (in ideea ca vei folosi si interfata web a serverului etc.) Port Protocol 22003 UDP 22126 UDP 22005 TCP 3. Pornesti mtaserver.exe si scrii 'openports' ca sa te asiguri ca porturile au fost deschise.
  9. Mihailescu are 300MB de Moduri. Toti jucatorii au minim 20 masini, toate luate cu bani reali. Esenta RPului e sa muncesti pentru proprii bani nu sa furi de la mami si tati 20 euro pe zi si sa-i bagi intr-un joc. Cu toate asta, el nu are nicio vina, isi scoate banii, si o face la un nivel inalt, de pe seama copiilor care o sa constituie peste 10 ani o adunatura de inapti, ca altfel nu se pot numi. Adica acolo se fac /do TINTESTE si /do TRAGE, si se da jail in caz contrar. Se da jail daca faci /me il bate pe Danut pe umar, in ideea ca nu ii stii numele IC (3 ani de RP pe Valhalla umiliti de roleplayul romanesc).
  10. Citesc asta cam tarziu dar, Axel, sterge prostia aia repede de tot. Nu vezi ca daca dai un search la browser cu 'romania' sunt 10 servere de roleplay, toate la fel de proaste ? M-am saturat sa vad toti copii ca-si fac server pe propriul PC si le tin deschise 3 ore pe zi, si se cred mari smecheri. De cand vizitez forumu' asta, mereu am vazut persoane cu initiativa, 'hai sa ne unim si sa facem server', teoria e usoara, practica e mai grea ca nimeni nu vrea sa-si lase propriul server, toti vor sa fie unicii bosi.

  12. Howdy. I was wondering if it's possible to see what is the last name someone used when he logged on a account. F.e: Username: banana Nickname: I_Love_Apples I want to be able to check based on username 'banana' what nickname he used and get the appropiate result. In short, something similar to /whowas. If that's not possible scriptwise, do you have any idea where the /whois informations are stored ? (like some .db or...)

  14. Yes but I would search for a '#' in the name then 6 follwing characters, what if I just have a name like #BaNaNa and I'd remove his entire name ?
  15. Howdy, I was wondering if there is a function to detect if a name is using Hex color codes ? I want to automatically change names when they have colorcodes. F.e: #FF0000TestName will become TestName

I've a couple of mods on my server, mainly for weapons and I have this totally strange issue: engineReplaceModel works for everything but AK-47 and Sanchez which simply don't want to work. I get this bunch of errors: And here are the trboule-making lines: -- For the AK-47, yes, 355.txd and 355.dff EXIST txd = engineLoadTXD("355.txd") engineImportTXD(txd, 355) dff = engineLoadDFF("355.dff", 355) engineReplaceModel(dff, 355) -- For the Sanchez, the .txd and .dff EXIST txd = engineLoadTXD("468.txd") engineImportTXD(txd, 468) dff = engineLoadDFF("468.dff", 468) engineReplaceModel(dff, 468) I mention I am using the same 4 lines of code for multiple modsa and the script only fails for Sanchez and Ak-47 (which aren't even one after another, so you can't say they are connected). Ideas ? This is the strangest issue I have ever had.
  17. Ok, so I want to make a /tops for my server. This command will basically loop through all accounts on the server, and have 2 variables: highest value and owner of the account. To be more precise, something like: for i, v in pairs(getAccounts()) local current = getAccountData(getAccount(v), "ucpMinutesPlayed") if tonumber(current) >= highest or 0 then local highest = getAccountData(getAccount(v), "ucpMinutesPlayed") end end The problem I have though is that when I try to use the above code it says 'current' and 'highest' are nil (both variables are nil). Could you please tell me what am I doing wrong ? In the end, I want to end up with the highest value of ucpMinutesPlayed among all the accounts. Any ideas ?
  18. You don't understand... I want to turn a string into an account, so I can use that string inside getAccountData. getAccount doesn't help me.
  19. I'm working on one of my system and I want to be able to get account data without player being online thus having a command like /getaccpos [account name]. The problem is the account name is a string, how do I convert a string into an account ?

Although I make them visibile/invisible with setGuiVisible, therefore I don't know, maybe invisible GUI buttons still work ? >_>
