There's nothing to change, this resource is for creating windows and other GUI elements in a different style from CEGUI, using DirectX functions - It changes completely nothing. You must script everything by yourself with LUA. I hope you got it now.

Multi Theft Auto is a multiplayer mod, but it isn't made for playing missions with friends. You create a server and script everything by yourself ( or simply play in other server ), there are mission servers but I don't think they're similar to GTA's missions.
