The server you're trying to join doesn't allow autohotkey. In order to avoid getting kicked, simply cease using autohotkey while playing on that specific server.
I believe you're using this for binds? If so, you can use the binding keys functionality provided within MTA by default via settings -> binds. There's no need for an external program for this. ?

Try updating to the latest nightly version and see if this helps (it contains this latest crash fix attempt): https://nightly.mtasa.com/mtasa-1.5.9-rc-21474-20221225.exe

Make sure you enter the right IP and port into the "server IP" and "server port" input boxes before hitting the "find server" button on https://multitheftauto.com/toplist/
From your screenshot it looks like you left both of those boxes blank.

As previously advised, please wait for your ban appeal to be handled by the anticheat team.

Hi, remove the trainer and you should be fine. The AC kicks you because it detects the use of cheats on your device.

LE2: We don't know where the trainer is located on your device. This is something you'll have to figure out for yourself. If your game is not legitimitate (as in - you did not bought it or did not bought it from trusted vendors) then we can't help you either way. Using a legitimate version of the game is needed if you'd like to get further assistance from us.

If you feel your temporary ban has been wrongfully issued, please head over to the ban appeals section here: https://forum.multitheftauto.com/forum/180-ban-appeals/
Note that temporary bans cannot usually be appealed and it's advised that you better wait for the ban to expire.
Using cheats in other games does trigger the MTA anticheat as well, so nothing is wrong about this.
Once the ban expires, make sure to remove the trainer (and all traces of it from your OS) so you won't get banned again.

As stated above, if you experience FPS drops only in that particular server, then you should reach out to the owners of that server because it's something to do with their scripts performance and/or bulk of (heavy) modifications that may or may not impact your overall performance.

You have been temporarily banned for using Lagswitch.
Temporary bans cannot be appealed, so all you have to do for now is wait for the ban to expire.
Once the ban expires, make sure you perform a clean reinstall of your GTA as Shady suggested as there are lots of nonstandard files in your installation. Of course, remove the lagswitch program aswell.

Timed out errors are usually caused by ports not being open. Are you running a local server (on your own machine) or a hosted one?

As a side note, you may not have a spoofer in your laptopt at the moment, but maybe you once had and it left traces. It's possible the only way to be able to play again is to perform a clean reinstall of your OS, but I would first advise you to make sure you don't show up in MTA's ban database, so try posting a ban appeal and see what's up.

Hi, sorry for the delay.
You might've installed them wrong or maybe the mod files could be corrupted? Haven't really worked with sound mods, but MTA closing due to the modified sound may only mean something's either wrong with the installation of that mod or the mod itself has a problem. There's really not much we can do on our side about it.
Only advice I can give you is to remove the mod and play without it. If you're not sure how to revert your mods, perform a clean install on GTA.

If you have any questions about your Ban Appeal, please wait for any other solution/explanation in one of the topics you've made here and here. If you keep spamming the forums about this subject, we'll have to take administrative action against you.

Unfortunately, your specs are indeed quite low-end. Since you've already tried reducing your graphics and tweaking with the settings overall (both GTA and MTA) in order to optimize your performance, I'll not go into that further.
The servers you're playing can have quite an impact on your performance aswell. Badly optimized and heavy-modded servers can also take a toll on your performance, especially considering your overall specs.
Other than general tweaks and eventually some optimization mods that don't intervene with MTA, your options are to either:
Upgrade to a better laptop/PC (I understand this might be hard to do, I believe you would've done this already if this was viable, but nonetheless it's something to consider long-term as the preferred option); Join well-made servers that concentrate their efforts into using well-optimized scripts and are not heavily-modded (or at least they offer low-end specs player the option to toggle those modded assets).
