You have Mods but not Skin Mods .. Witch kind of Mods do you have ? and i don't think there is a Limit for the download.

So .. lol , so just delete the map if it works without .. Do u have mods on your server ? (skin mods) , or in your map ? if yes delete them or fix them.

Just Don't write your ip address at " " in the mtasa.config.

I just found out how to do this .. First. Open ur Race Folder Then Open The " racevoting_server.lua " search in this script for " addCommandHandler('new',startMidMapVoteForRandomMap) " and remove this line.. Done
