I've tried to reinstall, and I've tried to run as administrator. Doesn't work.

When I try to open MTA 1.3 I get this: Error loading netc.dlll module! (Error 14001: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail.) Help?

I cannot save nor open any maps. If I click "Open" it asks me "Are you sure? Any unsaved.. etc" and when I click "Yes", nothing happens. The list of all of my previous saved mappings menu is still there, but when I click "current elements" there are no objects when I know for a fact that the maps I have opened have objects placed. When I try to save anything, the game freezes. However, I can still move my mouse BUT I cannot click anything, so I have to restart MTA. Help me out please.

Worked, thank you! I have one more problem, I have placed a number of weapon objects on a table, and for some reason they have all turned into blue garbage bins haha. How do I fix that?!

I'm somewhat new to MTA. For some reason I can't pick up or click certain objects that I place. It's like clicking on an object that's in the default map, nothing shows up. Help me out?!
