I tried that, my graphics card was trying to force the game to use a res that's to high for it to handle.

    Connection Issue.

Yes, but I can't even run mta now it ran decently before and now it just crashes after the logo screen. I've had some problems with higher res's in mta so I might try lower my resolution. Edit:I lowered my res a bit and it worked perfectly.

    Connection Issue.

It seems I have a issue that is only present in very resource competitive servers. When connecting to a resource competitive server I randomly get network troubles with a ping of 60, and I also loose all contact with the server. Loosing all contact means my mta client acts like the server dosn't exist. An example of this is SolidSnakes Left3Dead server, I am now completely unable to connect this also happens on servers like sanl and other things with tons of mods or scrips and peds. This is present in mta client version 1.0.3-1.0.5 as tested on my server and a few others.
  13. Errm thanks I'll look a that some other time.
  14. I was wondering how to get a players country so when they join I could set their team to their country name. Anyone know how to.
  15. I was thinking about that.
  16. OOps maybe that explains why it kicks me. < less then >Greater than
  17. Game modes are simple for me
  18. I built a simple code to kick a person a short ammount of time after connecting if it is above 90 but it just kicks everyone. My code: function pingkicker( ThePlayer ) if ( getPlayerPing( ThePlayer ) < 90 ) then kickPlayer ( ThePlayer, "High Ping" ) else end end function kicktimer() setTimer ( pingkicker, 15000, 1, source ) end addEventHandler ( "onPlayerJoin", getRootElement(), kicktimer )
  19. You could put and in the if statements like this. if (getPlayerPing ( source ) < 100 ) and ( pingkick == true ) then
  20. Wow I go to bed and wake up with more responses then I estimated I would have and thanks you all helped.
  21. I'll try that, and thanks. Edit: How exactly do you use tonenumber Google and the Lua guide offer little.
  22. I was thinking before writing a code and I found a Issue it appears. If I wrote a code to divide a players money by 40 it would return a decimal in some cases and I need it to be a whole number. Is there any way to convert a decimal to a whole number in lua.
  23. Oops I answered than noticed the edit.
  24. If you want a scripter try making friends with some good scripters or script on your own.
  25. Hmm not interested I don't like working for money.
