I used that one that I put a like for. I just download the rescourse with maps and start the interstate 69. And you need to download i69-vehicles. I set it up like a normal gamemod. When you start server in server console type start interstate69 and it should start it.

It would be better to skip MTA IV and do MTA EFLC because EFLC have more weapons an such. That is my opinion.

You can't see MTA server with 200 players because MTA just support 128, in next version (1.1) will be much more.

I was samp player too, and use only map editor but just once I went to some server and I stayed, because I realazed that MTA is much better!

I use page up button. EDIT: For comamnds ye in console it is arrow up key. I thoguht you was thinking about chat. My mistake. In normal chat you can't do it like in samp. The chat doesent "remembers" the last thing that you typed.
