Yes, but the ones that will are the ones that want to avoid their bad reputation for spamming or asking stupid questions or stealing scripts etc. That's why most forums seem to have it disabled.
Yes, it should be server-side too, if possible. It should be pretty similar to implement it, I'd have thought.
The patch looks good at a first glance, someone else will give it a test - I hope
Doesn't work on Chrome either - complains you've got too many redirects.
Why not host your scripts on community? You're welcome to link to them from your own page, but community is there and gives you free hosting for them
You've made it very clear what you want, and we've made it very clear that you can't do that.
We REALLY don't support people who want to take bits of MTA and use them to play other mods.
I reckon you can understand that - we've spent 7 years working on MTA, and we'd quite like YOU to play it rather than play something inferior
It's not ideal, but it'd be better than what we have now, I agree.
Kayl, it'd be great if you could write a patch for the code to implement this, it shouldn't be too complex if you're reasonably good at coding
PM me if you need help.
What are you trying this in? There hasn't been a 1.1 build since this release, and I doubt you're building it yourself...
This won't be supported in 1.0.4.
It'd be pretty trivial to fix this in MTA, but obviously this is a fairly major breaking change. Maybe such things could be supported through tags in the meta file, though this isn't ideal. Or we just make everyone fix their scripts for 1.1
