i have photo shop on my other computer but it doesnt have that thing i need to make a cool banenr with fadeing letters and stuff

i can use to make my clan logo and make it move and stuff i need a program that is able to let my clan logo's name slowly fade away then slowly come back

i do i'am aware of the ads but if u look many other clans use the same forums so i cant any thign about that but i am thinking if my site gets bigger to purchase my domain name so it will be without the freewebs and i am working on make it sparkle a little bit but all i can do atm isant much since i am useing freewebs,and the pphpforfree i see many other clans use that its free its good....and its free

i think u all know about sa-mp the other mutiplayer sa andreas and u all know it has alot of problems i was thinking about switching to this but i was wondering is it compliacted to install,and whats the diff. about this and sa-mp? is there liek new fetures and if i wanteed to make a server do i have to download a server thing to make servers liek i have to do in sa-mp i h8ed that btw and i dont even know how to make one i mean with makeing a server can i like download one thing than make a server if i want and join other peoples
