In gtaT are skins and user can chose before start game how he wanna Look in game. Mayby you will do this in MTA:SA ?? I know in Race mod can't go out from vechicle but cool is like you see person who you like visually. What you will say about this ??

I agree with guys. On first place is Good fun and nice spend a free time.

You can set the percentage to pass a vote on your server from 0 % to 100%. If you set 100 5 that will mean so everybody must Accept this vote. But like sad UK Red -- 80% is good number.
