I would suggest you simply rebuild your VPS to Debian 5, and backup your files before you do so. Don't do this if you have programs which are only compatible with CentOS.

Your probably on about 'San Andreas Retextured 3', which basically does what it says, it's a total remodelling of every single texture in GTA. I like it a lot myself, just I have lags when recording. Also you might wanna check out ENBConfigurator for GTA San Andreas which is a new program with easy GUI's, functions, button, sliders and everything that ease the editing of enbseries.ini. It also comes with 'Autoconfig' feature which does what is says, it meters your GFX performance and compares it to an ini online and retrieves.
