Hell, Vista is not only Beta software, It's beta software from Microsoft. That's pretty much a double threat of unbelievably crappy software.

Nevermind, Just went searching and found these: http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=16117 http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=16102 http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=16111 There's no real solution to this problem because the error reporter doesn't realize the game stopped responding. Therefore, no error reports

This in combination bugs is slightly annoying because the error handler doesn't pick up on the fact that the game has stopped responding/froze/freaked out

I'm running the first unpatched release of San Andreas. (I bought it within a week of release) I haven't tested to see if this bug happens in single-player To my knowledge, it only happens when I play MTA. I have the most recent version of MTA. Game freezes, the most recent sound played continues. All my applications running other than San Andreas (i.e. Winamp) continue to work properly I can't exit San Andreas when it "crashes" I have my methods though It's just annoying because it happens so frequently. Any help would be appreciated

Yeah I have a ATi 9600 pro. Do You know What I can do about it dude? Thanks in advance

I've been playing San Andreas Since it's release and I have the most current version. Just about every minute, The game just freezes and I can do nothing about it. All my other applications continue to run in the background but Windows doesn't recognize the application crashed so therefore I'm forced to restart my machine with the on/off button. (Any combination of Alt, Tab, Enter, F4, Ctrl, and delete render nothing) I think this might have something to do with the new version of Catalyst I recently installed. Any Ideas?

A drag racing map sounds about retarded. I dont think you can describe about it any other way. Drag racing, No turns. You'd have to use the same vehicle for all opponents and all the vehicles in the game have an automatic transmission. Final Outcome - Waste of time

Your hands ain't broken. Nobody who hasn't experienced this is gonna take the time to add this into the wiki anyway.

He's talking about the client, which is not available for download yet.

I need some help with the mission "Grove Street 4 Life". I'm pretty sure that's what it's called. It's a mission where you go from neighborhood to neighborhood talking back territory. Any sort of tatics or help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Scruffy

Paint jobs would be rather pointless. On screen the weapons are pretty small. If anything I'd like the team to add some new weapons to the game. As for customizing ammo type, caliber, magazine capacity, barbie dream house setup, etc. I don't think it's all that important other than tweaking for more balanced gameplay. Which I don't even think would be necessary.

I've already beaten single player and my point is still valid. I didn't say add bots, I said the San Andreas map is much bigger than Liberty City or Vice City. That's it.

Who would want to beta test Mircrosoft software? That would have more bugs than the faulty crap they release to the public.

Makes me think about good old as_oilrig from CS 1.5.

There not blocking mods. There taking out the hot coffee code that was only avaliable through modification.

Sounds good. I don't think it should be called assault though.

Bloodlines: The Masquarade Built on the HL2 engine. Pretty Good stuff.
-
SA is a whole lot bigger than VC or Liberty City. If the whole map is in use, that would be unbelievably empty.
-
I Love the good ole' Counter-Strike with no friendly fire at all and you could just shoot through your team members and hit the enemy in front of them. It was good stuff.
-
I'm just wondering if all/most models avaliable in San Andreas, will also be avaliable in MTA:SA? (Specifically the Marine model) If not, You should definetly consider that.
