Whenever I click on the gta-vc.exe to start playing VC, it says " the procedure entry point GetRawInputDeviceInfoW could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll " What does this mean? P.S : My version of VC is original, i did not download it, rip it etc.

It's possible to have 64 players in any MTA version, but the disadvantage of that is it would take up too much bandwidth, and probably lag like hell

Your theory about clothing is correct njr, but only in BLUE and the current MTA Core. But it's not gonna be a problem in MTA:SA because you wouldn't have to download any player skins

How about this suggestion? When you start up MTA:SA, your in CJ's clothing room and you get the chance to customize yourself. Once you are finished, you spawn at ammunation to buy your weapons. Then once your finished that, you get to choose a spawn place?

theres a simple solution to that....dont talk see if you have any firewalls/internet apps that might be getting in the way. yeah but sooner or later i will disconnect

Wow, you're such an ungrateful bitch. Without them, you wouldnt even be able to play online more than likely, because IJs was the one who started the whole netplay crazy thing. I hate ungrateful people like you. Sure, it's a little buggy. But its 0.5, its BETA. Just wait for Blue if you hate the current versions so much. They can only go so far on the old core they're working on. The core in 0.5 has been used since the days of 0.2, so theyre limited. And I for one, believe that they have done a great job improving the mod considering the holdbacks of the core. I think what Braddock was trying to point out was 0.4.1 was better then 0.5

Yeah just to fix a couple of crashes ( VC DM sucks now, and it lags alot more)
