Guest Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 Someone mentioned to me that MTA could be crashing in the main menu because of how demanding the graphics are. Is there any way to turn down the quality without entering the options menu? Because I can't even get that far into it.
lil Toady Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 Open the coreconfig.xml file located in 'GTA San Andreas\MTA\', find 7 and change the value to 0 (create the node under if it doesn't exist).
Guest Posted February 26, 2008 Posted February 26, 2008 I can't find that file in the MTA folder. The only one even remotely close to "coreconfig.xml" is a file titled "core.dll." I'm running Vista if that helps any.
