Guest Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 when the instal tells me to enter the unsername and password, i do it, press next then it freezes up. i have no idea why and the only way i can complete the instal it to not register then i get an invalid serial number . so i check the forums and the way to fix the invalid serial number is to register . help plz

This is what we did! Don't you see what DJS said? when the instal tells me to enter the unsername and password, i do it, press next then it freezes up. That happens to many users, including me.
