Slothman Posted July 2, 2005 Posted July 2, 2005 you need paintbrush or photoshop. simple as that. lok in you my documents and there will be a folder in there for gta files, then a skins folder. there you will place the skin files, and there is some examples there too.

Slothman Posted July 2, 2005 Posted July 2, 2005 ... okay, we have a 12 o clock flasher here. 2 things: 1: that is a link to your hard drive. no one but you can see that. 2: someone named Jacob already made a master cheif MODEL and skin, and vehicle. i dont know the url, so run a google search.
